What you can do
Sell and license your software. Create products with as many plans as you like: free, paid, demo or lifetime. Set how many copies may run together, how many computers a customer may register, and how long the software may run offline. Your software checks the licence through a simple API.
Manage subscriptions. See every subscription with its status. Approve a request, extend an end date, suspend or revoke access, and see which copies are running right now. Customers are reminded before a subscription ends.
Get paid your way. Show customers your bank, UPI or PayPal details and a QR image. They pay you, attach the payment proof and you approve it. Create invoices and mark them paid.
Offer services too. List services, receive requests, send quotes from templates and track each order through to payment.
Look after your customers. Customers have their own space to see subscriptions, downloads, invoices, requests and support tickets, and to manage their computers.
Control your team. Invite staff, give each person only the roles they need, turn on two-factor sign-in and review an activity log of what changed. Appoint resellers who manage their own customers.
Know how you are doing. A dashboard shows what needs attention, and reports cover customers, subscriptions, income and usage.

Who is Trend Licensing for?
Any business that sells software, subscriptions or services to its own customers and wants to manage them in one place. You set up your company, add your products and plans, and invite your customers. It is not tied to any one industry.
Will my customers see my brand?
Yes. Your customers sign in on your own company page, which carries your logo, banner and colours. Their subscriptions, invoices and requests all deal with your business.
How do my customers pay me?
You list your own payment methods, such as a bank account, a UPI id, PayPal or a payment link, with a QR image if you like. A customer pays you directly, sends the payment reference or a screenshot with the request, and you check it and approve. The platform does not handle your money.
Can I limit how a customer uses my software?
Yes. Each plan sets how many copies may run at once, how many computers a subscription may be registered on, how long the software may run offline and how many days of grace follow the end date. You can suspend or revoke a subscription at any time, and running copies stop within about a minute.
Can my own software check a customer's licence?
Yes. Your software signs the customer in and checks the subscription through a simple licence API, and can read settings you define for each product or plan, such as a feature switch or an allowed-accounts limit. Your developers get a guide for this.
Can my team and resellers use it too?
Yes. You invite administrators and give each only the roles they need, with optional two-factor sign-in. You can also appoint resellers who manage their own customers under your products.
